We dispatch our products from Melbourne, Australia. Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes. Please supply a physical street address.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 or flat-rate shipping of $10 on orders under $99.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Sorry, we don’t offer shipping to any other international destinations.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
Please note, all delivery timeframes are an estimate only as there can be delivery delays out of our control.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you absolutely can. We will email all the tracking details as soon as we’ve boxed up and dispatched your parcel.
Returns
We always do our best to make sure you are happy with our products and service. If something is not quite right with your order we will be happy to work out a solution so feel free to contact us at anytime on kathryn@mybreastfriend.net
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately via email on kathryn@mybreastfriend.net with a photo attached of the damaged product and we will organise to send out a replacement to you straight away.
What happens if I don’t get what I ordered?
If you didn’t receive what you ordered, please let us know as soon as you can (within 7 business days) and we’ll get your order sorted out and dispatched quickly.

Are the products suitable for someone going through breast cancer treatment?
Yes they have been developed to be suitable for people going through cancer treatment. It’s important to remember that everyone reacts differently to treatment, with some people experiencing extreme skin sensitivity and aversions to certain smells. The Natural Body Lotion and Wash are both fragrance free and should be fine for sensitive skin but I would recommend testing on a small patch of skin prior to using.
Is the bottle recyclable?
Yes the bottle is so please unscrew the pump top, give it a quick rinse and pop it into your recycling bin. The pump will need to go into your rubbish bin as they can’t be recycled.
